Job description

Job Description: TEKsystems is partnering with a local client to identify a Help Desk Technician who will provide remote technical support across numerous locations throughout Wisconsin. In this role, you will support an environment consisting of Windows 10/11 systems, Microsoft O365, and various internal applications. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of technical issues—from basic password resets and email troubleshooting to connectivity concerns. The help desk team is comprised of about 10 team members who utilize Ivanti for ticketing and remote support. In addition to handling incoming support requests, the team also contributes to hardware-related projects during slower periods.

Additional Details

  • 100% remote role after the first day, though candidates must reside in Wisconsin
  • Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience supporting both hardware and software, along with a strong foundation in Windows and O365 environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
