Job Title: Real Estate Attorney, Associate Location-Type: Remote (PST hours) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $250,000 - $300,000/year Benefits: Full Health, Dental, and Medical coverage for employee (dependent coverage available at additional cost); PTO includes 10 vacation days, 6 sick days, and 8 paid holidays Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role offers a mid-level commercial real estate attorney the opportunity to lead sophisticated transactional work in a remote, work-life-balance-focused environment. Job Summary •Lead sophisticated commercial real estate transactions independently, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and joint ventures. •Manage an existing client portfolio provided by the organization, serving as a trusted advisor on complex transactional matters. •Maintain an annual billable hour requirement of 1,800 hours within a primarily remote, structured work schedule (PST hours, no weekends or late nights). •Collaborate with a team of attorneys across multiple seniority levels on deal execution and client matters. •Operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a collegial and collaborative team environment. Minimum Requirements: • 5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and joint ventures. •Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm •Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (California Bar admission is not required, as this role is transactional and does not involve court appearances). •Strong tenure with prior employers, ideally 3 years per role. •Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions and client relationships without an existing book of business.
