• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments to deliver tailored treatment plans that align with physicians' referrals.
• Implement effective therapy programs, adapting techniques and approaches to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
• Utilize clinical expertise to treat orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, ensuring that interventions are personalized and targeted.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients to motivate and empower them to exceed their personal functional goals.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercises to boost recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment adjustments, and adherence to care protocols.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute actively to the overall effectiveness of the practice.

The Alexandria rehabilitation center caters to a wide array of patient demographics, including but not limited to children, athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic conditions. Our Physical Therapists work closely with patients faced with orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and other rehabilitation needs, aiming to restore function and facilitate a return to daily activities safely and effectively.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and communication.
• A strong commitment to community relationship building and desire to positively impact patient care outcomes.

• Experience in a clinical setting handling diverse specialties in physical therapy.
• Prior work or internship experience in rehabilitation centers or outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment methodologies related to specific patient populations.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting experience and commitment, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
