As a Customer Service Representative (Italian-speaking) at Dexcom, you will become an expert in our CGM technology, which uses sensors to measure glucose levels in real time and send accurate readings to smart devices. Following comprehensive onboarding and training, you will contribute to creating a high-quality experience for each business customers and patients by assisting them with product order inquiries and providing post-purchase support.

Where you come in:

  • You will handle incoming calls, make outbound calls, and respond to email requests promptly, ensuring all correspondence is clearly documented in our internal systems.
  • You will provide guidance to Dexcom Patients and Partners regarding product offerings and orders.
  • You will be addressing and resolving issues related to inquiries and concerns from Dexcom patients and partners.
  • You will support different business lines according to the company's strategic priorities and available resources. Additionally, you will perform other duties as required by the department.

  • You are fluent in English and Italian languages.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone manner.
  • You are customer-oriented and empathetic, with the ability to listen and assist business customers and patients with their inquiries.
  • Your excellent problem-solving skills will be used in working independently as well as in cooperation with other teams.
  • You have strong ability to collaborate and drive results.
  • You can interpret reports and follow documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Your previous experience in Operations or Customer Support area is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
