As IT Analyst IV, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on mentoring others, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, superb interpersonal skills and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Leadsend-to-end administration,engineering,licensing,and governanceof the Microsoft 365platform including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID
  • Ownership of collaboration platform strategiesbymonitoringthe Microsoft 365 roadmap, evaluating emerging capabilities for business value and security fit, and guiding testing, staging, and production readiness
  • Ensuresplatform reliability by providing Tier 3 support, leading root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and documenting solutions that improve system stability
  • Manage enterprise identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID by enforcing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access controls, identity governance, least-privilege licensing, and permissions reviews
  • Strengthen platform security and compliance using Microsoft Purview, Insider Risk Management, data classification, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and pre-rollout security hardening for major platform changes
  • Analyzes business and technical requirements to design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, leveraging project management best practices and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve and integrate business processes
  • Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum fifteen (15) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum ten (10) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience

Other Requirements:
  • Participation in 24/7 on-call support

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
