The Senior Application Architect designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Senior Application Architect work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Architectwho is deeply technical, hands-on, and passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. This role requires an architect who actively works alongside development teams (not just high-level design) and contributes to implementation, prototyping, and innovation-especially in AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on architectwith ~35-40% coding involvement
- Design and implement scalable, event-driven architectures
- Collaborate with Tech Leadsto ensure designs are executed effectively
- Partner with Solution Architectsto align with enterprise and domain strategies
- Develop POCs and AI-driven solutionsto showcase innovation
- Drive performance, reliability, and security best practices
- Define integration patterns, standards, and documentation
- Contribute to data architecture and governance
What We're Looking For
- A hands-on "builder" architect, not just a conceptual designer

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in .NET Core (including Windows Forms experience)
- Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka preferred)
- Strong background in API design and development
- Solid experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure and/or GCP)
- Deep understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD)with ability to work closely with development teams
- Strong experience in SQL and database design
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Redis / Caching mechanisms
- Knowledge of Performance Optimization techniques
- Understanding of Security & Compliance frameworks
- Exposure to AI Strategy, Governance, and implementation
- Familiarity with Appian
- Experience with Integration Patterns and distributed systems
- Knowledge of Data Modeling, Storage, and Archival strategies
