Job description

Marriott International is seeking a FLEX Senior Manager, Invoice Operations, to join our Procurement Operations team. Procurement Operations is responsible for leading core functions such as governance, vendor support, technology, reporting, and management of revenues and receivables. 

The FLEX Senior Manager oversees end-to-end invoice processing for strategic suppliers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and operational stability. This role leads invoice validation, vendor follow-up, and exception management, including the resolution of complex issues outside standard workflows. The Senior manager monitor vendor performance against contractual SLAs, calculates credits, and enforces accountability  

Required Experiences 

  • 4- yearbachelor'sdegree from an accredited university in related fieldappropriate towork position 
  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, procurement operations, or a related field  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and monitor the process to ensure all invoices are processed according to internal policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements, Including maintaining complete, accurate records and supporting internal/externalaudits 
  • Analyze invoice data to identify trends and opportunities to strategically reduce costs, renegotiate terms with suppliers, and eliminate duplicate or unnecessary payments 
  • Strengthen controls that mitigate risks such as fraud, duplicate payments, and non-compliance  
  • Resolve complex invoice exceptions that cannot be automated or routed through standard workflows. 
  • Partner with stakeholders within Procurement to design future state processes.
