Job description


Position: Investor Relations Associate

Steinfurth Capital has an immediate opening for an Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic real estate team in Florida. As an Investor Relations Associate, you will primarily connect with potential investors interested in growing their wealth through equity placements in institutional multifamily real estate. This role provides information about opportunities for accredited and non-accredited investors looking to preserve and grow their net worth by equity investments in multifamily real estate. The position works closely with potential and current investors and reports directly to the Investor Relations Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and present detailed information to investors
  • Advise potential and current investors on fund return targets and investment strategy
  • Maintain and expand relationships with current investor base
  • Prospect clients and follow up on warm leads
  • Coordinate client and prospective investor requests with appropriate team members
  • Maintain the Investor Relations CRM database


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred
  • One to two years’ experience working for a real estate firm or financial institution or a strong interest in real estate investing generally
  • Maintain the strictest of confidence while dealing with confidential matters
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superb time management skills
  • Ability to work in an intense, fast paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills


Compensation

▪ Hourly base based on experience

▪ Performance bonuses on qualified attended appointments, conversion rate, show rate, and CRM accuracy
