We’re Hiring: Investor Relations Associate
Remote (United States) | Full-Time | Fully Remote

 About Us

InvestorOps is the investor relations and capital raising division of AxisKey (formerly Industry FinTech), dedicated exclusively to helping private market companies grow their investor base and successfully raise capital.

Through InvestorOps, we recruit, train, and support investor relations professionals who become an extension of our clients' teams, helping manage investor pipelines, build meaningful investor relationships, and execute capital raising strategies.

Headquartered in Miami with a growing global team, we support leading private equity firms, real estate sponsors, venture capital funds, startups, and other private market companies across the United States.

We're looking for ambitious professionals who enjoy relationship building, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to build a long-term career in investor relations and private capital markets.

The Role

We're hiring an Investor Relations Associate to work directly with one of our U.S.-based clients as part of our InvestorOps team.

In this role, you'll become an extension of your client's team, helping them grow their investor network, manage investor communications, nurture prospective investors, and support capital raising efforts from initial outreach through investor onboarding.

Whether you already have experience in investor relations or are looking to build a career in private capital, you'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and support from our InvestorOps leadership team while working alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Manage investor pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the investor lifecycle.
  • Represent clients professionally while communicating investment opportunities and company updates.
  • Support capital raising initiatives by engaging qualified prospective investors and scheduling meetings.
  • Utilize our proprietary investor management platform to track activity, manage communications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate investor onboarding and assist with documentation throughout the investment process.
  • Collaborate closely with your assigned client and the InvestorOps leadership team to execute fundraising strategies.
  • Meet individual performance goals and KPIs related to investor engagement, pipeline management, and capital raising activity.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of private capital markets, fundraising strategies, and investor communications.

 What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investor conversations simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Professional, confident, and consultative communication style.
  • Highly accountable with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable speaking with executives, investors, and business owners.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about private capital markets.
  • Experience meeting performance goals, KPIs, sales targets, or relationship management metrics.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Previous experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, finance, wealth management, financial services, fundraising, or business development.
  • Experience working with accredited investors or high-net-worth individuals.
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, or similar), where applicable.
  • Experience supporting Regulation D offerings, private placements, or alternative investments.
  • Capital raising certifications or other professional fundraising credentials.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience.

 What You'll Get

  • Competitive base monthly salary.
  • Fully remote work with U.S.-based clients.
  • Ongoing training and mentorship in investor relations and private capital markets.
  • Career growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative international team environment.
  • Wellness Days
  • Paid U.S. holidays
