Job description

Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets
Position Overview:
Omada Health is seeking a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and externally credible Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets to lead and evolve our investor relations function as a public company. This leader will own the development of Omada's equity story, help shape how the investment community understands our strategy and financial model, and serve as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and executive team in communicating Omada's long-term value creation opportunity.
The successful candidate will be a persuasive and credible advocate for Omada's stock while maintaining the highest standards of disclosure discipline. This person will act as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the company externally, bringing deep insight into investor expectations, valuation drivers, shareholder composition, and the questions that shape market perception.
The ideal candidate is equally strong in capital markets storytelling, investor engagement, and financial analysis. This person will understand how investors and analysts model the business, tailor messaging to different investor audiences, proactively cultivate relationships with current and prospective shareholders, and lead a disciplined public-company communications process including earnings calls, investor conferences, and ongoing disclosure coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and continuously refine Omada's investor relations strategy, equity story, and valuation narrative in partnership with the CEO and CFO.
  • Serve as a primary external representative to investors, analysts, and other capital markets participants, clearly articulating Omada's strategy, financial performance, growth drivers, and long-term opportunity.
  • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with current and prospective investors, including healthcare specialists, crossover investors, and long-only institutional shareholders.
  • Lead proactive investor targeting and sourcing efforts to support development of a high-quality shareholder base aligned with the company's long-term strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how buy-side and sell-side stakeholders model Omada's business, including key operating and financial drivers, and use those insights to tailor messaging, address disconnects, and improve investor understanding.
  • Maintain a strong working view of analyst models, consensus expectations, peer valuation frameworks, and the assumptions that drive investor sentiment toward the stock.
  • Translate complex business, financial, and healthcare dynamics into a clear, compelling, and differentiated investment thesis tailored to different investor audiences.
  • Own the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including development of key messages, scripts, shareholder letter content, Q&A preparation, investor materials, post-call follow-up, and coordination of the conference call and webcast process.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to support guidance philosophy, disclosure discipline, and consistency of external messaging across earnings materials, investor presentations, conferences, and other public communications.
  • Prepare and review external communications including investor presentations, earnings materials, press releases, talking points, conference materials, and annual report content.
  • Monitor investor sentiment, analyst commentary, ownership trends, peer performance, valuation benchmarks, and broader market dynamics to inform messaging and management decision-making.
  • Synthesize feedback from investors and analysts into actionable insights for the executive team and Board, helping identify perception gaps, messaging opportunities, and emerging market concerns.
  • Help position the company effectively around key topics relevant to Omada's business and market opportunity, including virtual-first care, chronic condition management, outcomes, healthcare buyer dynamics, GLP-1 support, and long-term margin and growth profile.
  • Support broader capital markets activities as needed, including investor days, non-deal roadshows, financing-related communications, and other strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, corporate finance, or a related capital markets role.
  • Significant public company investor relations experience required; experience as a senior IR leader at a publicly traded company strongly preferred. Omada currently operates a formal public-company investor relations program, including analyst coverage and investor presentations.
  • Direct experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or healthcare services strongly preferred. Omada operates in virtual-first chronic care and serves employers, health plans, PBMs, and health systems, which makes healthcare fluency especially important.
  • Strong understanding of public company reporting, disclosure practices, earnings processes, and Regulation FD considerations.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to understand, interpret, and influence external investor and analyst models.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft a compelling investment narrative grounded in financial performance, strategic differentiation, market opportunity, and long-term value creation.
  • Proven track record of building credibility with investors, analysts, and senior executives.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex business and healthcare concepts with clarity and precision.
  • High degree of executive presence, judgment, discretion, and cross-functional leadership.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting a newly public company or helping reposition a company's narrative, valuation framework, or shareholder base following an IPO or other strategic transition. Omada announced the pricing of its IPO in June 2025 and began trading under the ticker OMDA in June 2025.
  • Experience engaging with healthcare-focused and generalist institutional investors.
  • Familiarity with the metrics and analytical frameworks public market investors use to evaluate healthcare technology, virtual care, and growth-stage healthcare services businesses.
Personal Characteristics:
  • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment and a sharp instinct for investor priorities.
  • Highly proactive and externally oriented, with the confidence to represent the company in demanding investor settings.
  • Persuasive advocate for Omada's investment thesis, balanced by credibility, rigor, and sound judgment.
  • Strong operator who can manage a high-stakes public company calendar with precision and discipline.
  • Collaborative partner who works effectively across Finance, Legal, Communications, and the executive team.
  • High integrity and unwavering commitment to accuracy, consistency, and sound disclosure practices.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!
