Job description

Job Title: TPL TPR Customer Service Representative
Duration: Long-term Project(witn extension)
Payrate: $20.00/hr (W2)
Location: Austin, TX (Remote)
Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. The TPR agent will take inbound calls from Providers, Insurance companies and Clients to update Other Health Insurance stored in our systems for both Medical and Pharmacy using external websites for each carrier.
  2. The agent will also assist with updating the OHI from other referral sources in our inventory queues.
  3. The role consists of meeting our call center requirements and ensuring our updates are completed timely and accurately per our Key Measure requirements.
