We are currently seeking a SAP MM Functional Lead to join our team in Portland, Oregon (US-OR), United States (US).

SAP MM Functional Lead

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

1. Analyze customer reported issues and project requirements

2. Provide estimates, impact analyses, feasibility assessments for SAP based solutions for customer requirements

3.Create functional specifications for support tickets, enhancements and projects

4.Perform solution configurations in SD module

5.Create specifications for ABAP developments

6.Perform unit testing, integration testing and coordinate UAT

7.Perform root cause and impact analysis; documentation and training as required

8.Provide SAP thought leadership and recommend improvements and consulting services 

 

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

  • Needs to have 15+ yrs of experience in implementation & Support of SAP MM module
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes, including pricing, purchase requisition management, sourcing recommendations, purchase order processing, goods receipt and inspection, inventory management, supplier performance evaluation, item master and vendor master data management, ATP (Available-to-Promise) checks, and EDI/SAP integration capabilities. 
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution configurations

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

  • Project lead experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, and issue resolution.
  • Good consulting skills to gather information requirements and participate in analysis and user interface design discussions.
  • Work Place :  This position requires to be in Portland, OR

Min/Required Qualification:
15+ years of SAP SCM experience
10+ years of MM/procurement experience
4+ years of S/4 HANA experience
Note - this is onsite/hybrid role, pref somone who is local to Portland or who can relocate to Portland, OR
