Job Summary

The New Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Career Operations and our Career Agent partners during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). This position is responsible for accurately processing and validating insurance applications, maintaining case information, ensuring service level deadlines are met, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and validate new business applications into internal systems.
  • Monitor and process work queues to ensure daily and monthly service deadlines are met.
  • Learn and become proficient in Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan application processing.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards through established performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Research and resolve application discrepancies and processing issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments.
  • Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and peak season workload demands.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Training will be conducted onsite.
