About the Role & Program

As a DSE Pricing & Revenue Management intern, you will have a wide array of responsibilities supporting the identification, measurement, and estimation of critical consumer demand trends that drive performance. If you enjoy analyzing and working with numbers, this is the role for you!

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 - June 2027.

What You Will Do

Disney Signature Experiences Pricing and Revenue Management is responsible for pricing, yield management, and inventory control for Disney Cruise Line and Disney Vacation Club. Whether implementing yield management strategies in Disney Cruise Line's reservation system or using data analysis and industry research to explore opportunities for future vacation experiences, interns can expect to develop their skills in analytics and business strategy while making meaningful contributions to Disney Signature Experience's revenue goals.

  • Researching incremental revenue opportunities and presenting insightful recommendations to leadership.

  • Analyzing historical pricing and booking data.

  • Completing ad hoc projects and data analysis to assist in achieving short- & long-term revenue goals.

  • Researching and reporting on industry news and pricing.

  • Supporting Analysts with inventory management and/or pricing implementation.

  • Monitoring reports and developing reporting for various teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Demonstrated Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Able to communicate effectively across different environments (in-person, video, written).

  • Curiosity about using data to answer questions and communicate recommendations, with a desire to develop skills in a variety of data tools (SQL, VBA, Tableau, and/or Python).

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

  • Demonstrated creativity in solving complex data analysis problems.

  • Desire to learn more about Disney Signature Experiences and the travel industry.

Preferred Qualification
  • Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Tableau, and/or Python.

  • Experience working with large data sets.

  • General knowledge or previous experience in the Cruise, Airline or Travel & Tourism industry.

  • Disney College Program or Internship Alumni.

Education
  • Junior or Senior year preferred.

  • Major or previous coursework in Data Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related major preferred.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information
  • This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 - June 2027.

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area.

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.

  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
