This position is fully remote, with responsibilities carried out through telehealth modalities. As part of a supportive virtual team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals while maintaining essential connectivity with clients. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. You will have the tools and technology necessary to provide high-quality care and maintain a strong presence in the lives of your clients.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders through telehealth sessions.
• Participate collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to share insights and strategies, enhancing the quality of care.
• Respectfully engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their unique cultural and personal needs.
• Effectively navigate organizational and financial structures, ensuring that client care remains the primary focus.
• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and the organization’s code of conduct while delivering services.
• Assess client needs and treatment goals, maintaining a recovery-oriented approach that empowers clients.
• Participate in safety assessments and manage crisis situations with appropriate interventions and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop integrated care plans, and coordinate access to necessary resources.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including individual and group therapy, monitoring outcomes and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide on-call support as needed to ensure continuity of care during and after regular hours.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and severe emotional disorders. Your expertise in crisis intervention and outpatient therapy will be crucial as you help clients navigate their mental health journeys. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services is preferred.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage caseloads and maintain thorough documentation.
• Competency in addressing age-related and specialty issues relevant to your client population is important.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse communities effectively.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
