This position is fully remote, enabling our LCSW to engage with clients through advanced telehealth platforms. • Provide direct care as a clinician for clients presenting with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both through scheduled telehealth appointments and outreach initiatives.

• Collaborate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared goals and enhancing teamwork through open communication and mutual support.

• Respectfully work with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, embracing their unique traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

• Uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism by adhering to established guidelines and codes of conduct relevant to the mental health field.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, issue evidence-based screenings, and create individualized care plans that reflect the clients’ needs and preferences.

• Offer a diverse range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailored to client presentations.

• Monitor treatment progress, ensuring adherence to admission, stay, and discharge criteria, while facilitating timely report generation and data management.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours, as required, to ensure ongoing patient management and crisis intervention.

• Engage in continuous improvement processes through participation in quality enhancement committees, aiming to elevate service delivery standards across the organization.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a relevant field is mandatory.

• Candidates must hold an active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

• Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary for effective client management.

• Competency in addressing age-specific and population-specific needs is required to appropriately tailor interventions.
