Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) at Summit Ridge, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving the mental health outcomes of our clients. Your duties will include:

• Conducting individualized assessments for clients facing severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses both in-office and in community settings.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute integrated care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Providing empathetic and competent individual, group, and family therapy to help clients navigate their challenges effectively.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions while ensuring that treatments are focused on the presenting problems identified by clients.
• Participating in regular team meetings and committees to help streamline service delivery and enhance the quality of care.
• Maintaining a caseload with timely documentation of client progress and ensuring compliance with professional ethical standards.
• Contributing to crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating a commitment to client safety and immediate response protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing symptoms of severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LICSW in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience
