• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions—ranging from one-on-one counseling to family and group therapies—utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Implement effective treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients' healing journeys.
• Collaborate with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to client care.
• Develop clear, personalized treatment plans with achievable goals and measurable outcomes, adjusting the strategies as needed to best serve clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during challenging times.
• Maintain organized and timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards, aiding in the continuity of care and treatment efficacy.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups designed to enhance clients' understanding of their mental health and promote active participation in their healing process.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve addressing complex issues such as interpersonal conflict, trauma recovery, and managing chronic mental health conditions, all within a compassionate and holistic framework.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the treatment team.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle diverse cases.
• Experience with community-based mental health services is a plus.
