The Mind Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home while fulfilling your responsibilities to clients and collaborating with a dynamic team. • Deliver direct therapeutic services to clients, creating individualized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop thorough care plans that incorporate interrelated services while facilitating information sharing among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide evidence-based short-term treatments and interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at managing mental illness and emotional problems.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to shared goals and strategies for enhanced patient care.
• Adhere to the professional ethical standards set forth by industry regulations and The Mind Wellness Center's code of conduct.
• Identify and manage crisis situations effectively, intervening as necessary to maintain client safety and well-being.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in on-call coverage to provide support during emergencies, ensuring that clients have access to necessary interventions.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality.

This role primarily serves clients experiencing severe emotional and mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects and responds to their unique experiences and needs. Your contributions will play a vital role in improving clients' overall emotional well-being and community integration.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is mandatory.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a similar role, demonstrating a commitment to serving underserved communities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience working in a hospice setting or with clients who have serious mental illness is advantageous. Familiarity with integrated care models and team-based approaches to service delivery will be beneficial in this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
