Position Overview

The Mind Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team as a full-time remote therapist. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured environment tailored for mental health professionals. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated staff and healthcare professionals committed to supporting clients in their journey toward mental wellness. Although the role is remote, you will engage with the community directly, conducting virtual sessions and developing personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapeutic services to adult and adolescent clients, addressing issues related to mental health and emotional well-being.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support clients' therapeutic goals.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes utilizing our electronic health records system.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness.
• Provide crisis intervention services and manage client safety, ensuring adherence to professional ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in social work and mental health disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served at The Mind Wellness Center are primarily individuals from diverse backgrounds who are facing barriers to accessing mental health services. You will work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe emotional disturbances. Our focus is on fostering trust and building meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing individual and group therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong understanding of multicultural issues and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.
• Previous work in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
