Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized clinical assessment and intervention for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans adaptable to each client's needs, ensuring seamless access to related services.
• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and follow up with comprehensive assessments as necessary, drawing from evidence-based practices.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to the collective focus on achieving shared goals through collaboration and mutual respect.
• Maintain ethical standards and comply with the code of conduct established by Precious Health Valley Mental Healthcare.
• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, providing therapy in various modalities including individual, group, and family sessions.
• Monitor client treatment progress, ensuring timely interventions and reporting while keeping accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Participate in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Assist in improving agency service delivery by contributing to relevant committees and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Be available for on-call coverage to ensure continued support for clients during and after program hours.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
