We are seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team at Mile High Counseling Center. This position is predominantly remote, offering you the flexibility to conduct assessments and counseling from a home office while maintaining a supportive connection with your clients and the school district. You will have access to all necessary digital tools and resources to facilitate remote meetings, coordinate services with educational professionals, and manage case files effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of students, incorporating emotional, behavioral, and social factors to develop tailored intervention plans.
• Collaborate closely with students, parents, and school staff to create personalized care plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each individual.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on essential life skills, coping strategies, and navigating academic and social challenges.
• Advocate for students' rights and access to various community resources, using your knowledge to identify services such as tutoring, mental health support, and family assistance programs.
• Maintain detailed case records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving service delivery through continuous feedback.
• Engage in periodic consultations with school administrators and teachers to align on student needs and enhance the educational environment.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and their families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, and social struggles. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical social work role, ideally within a school, community center, or similar setting.
• Solid understanding of social work principles, child development, and resources available within the educational and community landscapes.
• Exceptional skill in assessment, intervention planning, and crisis management.

• Background in working with school-aged populations, particularly within diverse socioeconomic contexts.
• Experience with various counseling methodologies and therapeutic modalities.
• Adeptness in using telehealth platforms and technology in therapeutic settings.
