Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Host Family Recruiter to help identify and recruit host families for international high school students attending private F1 schools in the U.S. This role involves outreach within designated communities, sharing information about our program, and guiding potential host families through the application process. The recruiter will also be responsible for screening applicants and verifying references to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively recruit host families in communities where our partner F1 private high schools are located.
• Share program details with potential host families through various outreach methods, including social media, local events, and community networking.
• Guide interested families through the application process in ExLink, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
• Conduct phone screenings with prospective host families to assess their suitability.
• Contact and verify references provided by host families to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Collaborate with the program team to provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, applications, and screening outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential host families.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple applicants.
