Greenways Academy Overview
Greenways Academy is a private school and service that specializes in the individualized curriculum for all students. In addition to our private school, we also serve as eDynamic's instructional services and are the main virtual provider for six public schools.
Greenways Academy is a full-service Cognia, NCAA, and WASC-accredited school with state-certificated teachers and over 25 years of experience in the virtual school arena. GWA educates students in a way that works best for each student by offering curriculum options that fit each student in their unique way.
Role Overview
The Student Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the center, providing academic and emotional support to students with learning and emotional difficulties. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, educational expertise, and experience working with students who have unique challenges, and will provide efficient and courteous service to all customers and families.
Responsibilities
  • Contact all new inquiries in a timely manner via phone/text/email- 1st response only
  • Meet with all new and returning Oregon students to pick courses and discuss progress toward graduation
  • Continuously update Oregon student academic plans and conduct check-ins via phone/Zoom throughout the school year for each student
  • Enroll and track courses for learning center students
  • Customize courses for learning center students as needed
  • Enroll and track courses for international students
  • Assist international students with their document authentication/certification process
  • Create and update graduation planners for the learning center. international, and private pay families to track graduation progress
  • Conduct meetings with current international, learning center, and private pay families when requested to help select courses
  • Meet with prospective families to discuss program options and create graduation planners
  • Track NCAA student progress and update transcripts regularly
  • Provide letters of recommendation when requested
  • Update Common App for student college applications
  • Process ACT accommodations for Greenways students when needed
  • Troubleshoot student issues that come through the Student Support email
  • Ensure students receive behind pace and course end date emails when applicable
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a leadership role in a learning center, school, or educational organization.
  • Extensive experience working with students with learning and emotional difficulties, and a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, and a willingness to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of education.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with learning and emotional difficulties in achieving their full potential.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 DOE
