Summary:
The Regional Banking Commercial Real Estate Program Manager provides leadership and has overall responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to the regional bank with a focus on the regional bank's real estate group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates analyses and strategies for the regional bank with a focus on commercial real estate customers and relationship managers
  • Creates reports, analysis, dashboards, and other key metrics for leadership and tracking.
  • Researches regional banking and real estate customers to identify key attributes for segmentation purposes.
  • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling and performance of programs.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget and that appropriate governance is followed.
  • Develops understanding of credit procedures, policies, exposure, and other credit related data points for real estate customers.
  • Acts as advisor to project teams regarding tasks, follow-ups, and operations.
  • Works with business segment manager(s) and program/project sponsors to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of Strategy, Analytics, Program, Project or Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Banking and/or Financial Services
  • Experience creating compelling data, visualizations, and other artifacts that tell a story with data
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau are a plus
  • Experience utilizing a variety of project tools such as MS Excel or MS Project
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and project management processes and standards
  • Strong aptitude in both business and technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to explain project risks and issues to multiple layers of peers and leadership
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize them
  • Ability to provide strong program and project leadership during periods of uncertainty, ambiguity, and change
  • High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with leadership, team members, and business partners and establish effective working relationships
  • Ability to initiate and facilitate change, whether indicated by corporate needs, market or regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional information technology programs and projects

Compensation Range:

$93,000.00 -$189,000.00 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
