Green Ductors is a fast-growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout New York. We’re looking for an experienced Remote Sales Manager to lead, coach, and elevate our sales team while driving revenue growth and building a high-performance sales culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and overall sales performance.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and accountability meetings.
  • Improve sales processes, scripts, and follow-up workflows.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Marketing, and Leadership to maximize lead conversion.
  • Review estimates and proposals to improve close rates.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Provide leadership with sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance and revenue.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, reporting, and sales analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing remote teams and driving accountability.
Preferred
