Job description

About the Role:

If you have a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative work and are tired of capped hourly pay and rigid schedules, this is the pivot you’ve been looking for.

At AO - US National Hiring Division, we handle the permanent supplemental health and asset protection benefits for North America's labor unions, credit unions, and veteran associations. Because these members explicitly request our services through their organization, our team operates on 100% warm, inbound requests. There is absolutely no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no selling to your friends and family.

We are currently experiencing a massive influx of new member accounts and are looking for personable, professional individuals to join our client services team immediately.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

  • Inbound Consultation: Meet virtually (via Zoom) with union members and veterans who have requested a formal review of their active benefits.
  • Customer Service & Enrollment: Answer questions clearly, walk families through their permanent options, and handle their digital enrollment paperwork.
  • Account Management: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly demeanor as you represent our national division.

What’s In It For You (The Payoff):

  • How Can I Help You Succeed Culture: Our veteran representatives thrive on sharing and training their success models with you. We grow because we care, and to care means to teach.
  • High Earning Potential: This is a performance-based position with a structured weekly advance commission and volume bonus setup. Realistic first-year earnings for our coordinators range from $65,000 to $90,000, with top-tier representatives clearing $120,000+.
  • Lifetime Passive Income: You own your contract from day one, meaning you build vested residual income that continues to pay you long-term.
  • Fast-Track Promotion: We don't care about corporate politics or how long you've been here. If you perform well and can lead others, you can fast-track into a management position within 90 to 120 days.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a remote/hybrid schedule once your initial onboarding is successfully completed.
  • Multiple Rewards Throughout the Year:
    • Travel:
      • Local: Hawaii, Dallas, Seattle and more...
      • International: Cancun, Portugal, Rome, Switzerland, New Zealand and more...
    • Gear:
      • Well known athletic brand clothing such as Lulu Lemon and more...
      • Hand crafted perks such as artisan leather goods (your choice)
      • Boutique - Small Batch exquisite culinary items
    • Credit Reward Points
      • Earn reward points towards your favorite airlines, travel destinations and more...

Position Requirements & Investment:

We provide a comprehensive virtual training academy and a continuous stream of pre-qualified union requests. In return, we look for candidates who take their careers seriously, meaning:

  • Communication Skills: You must be articulate, down-to-earth, and able to connect easily with working-class families and veterans.
  • Professional Workspace: A quiet home office setup, a reliable computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and a clean background check.
  • Ability to Work as a Team: From training to weekly meetings we work with a large team of fun, outgoing professionals who are motivated and thrive in a professional collaborative team environment.
  • Desire to Grow Personally and Professionally: We didn't become the largest subsidy in Globe Life for no reason. We focus on obtaining professional career advancement not only through in depth personal and group mentorship, we also encourage personal development as well, pushing one as a means to another.

How to Apply: We are filling this month's training class immediately. If you have a professional demeanor, a great work ethic click apply. Qualified applicants will receive a text or email from our corporate talent acquisition team within 24–48 business hours to schedule a preliminary video screening.
