• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring positive relationships built on trust and respect while adhering to ethical clinical practices.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, set future appointments, and determine discharge protocols as necessary.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs of each client, actively adjusting as required based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with therapeutic protocols and treatment efficacy.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to establish collaborative and informative initial evaluations for each new client.
• Facilitate a minimum number of weekly individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the varying needs of clients.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, drawing from both personal insights and peer feedback.
• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.
• Foster a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for learning and professional development throughout all aspects of the role.

The counselor will work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. The focus is on providing empathetic and effective psychotherapy that respects each client's unique circumstances while striving for measurable outcomes and improvements in their mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of a current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating capability in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in utilizing technology, including the use of excel spreadsheets, electronic record management systems like PIMSY, and communication tools such as Outlook.
• Solid experience in conducting intake assessments, alongside direct psychotherapy services for individuals and families.

• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to diverse client needs.
• Experience in collaborative care settings, emphasizing teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with varied client demographics, including individuals from LGBTQIA+, ethnic minorities, and different socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Annual salary between USD 75,000 - 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
