Our services cater to a diverse range of children and adolescents aged 3 to 20 with developmental disabilities and intellectual challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with families from various backgrounds, providing supportive care and guidance tailored to their unique experiences. By focusing on their strengths and working collaboratively, you will help create lasting positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active, unrestricted LMFT license issued in the state of Florida.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during evening hours (4-7 PM) along with flexibility for weekend sessions.
  • A valid driverโ€™s license and access to a reliable, registered vehicle to facilitate in-home visits.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, to ensure client safety and compliance.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing positive behavior support and intervention strategies for children with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with children aged 3-20, particularly those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with bilingual families.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Other benefits include:

  • A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Opportunities for continuous professional development and training.
  • Group health insurance coverage.
  • Annual paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • A 401K retirement plan with company contributions.
