• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, demonstrating a strong ability to establish rapport and develop therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess their stability, and discuss any necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
• Formulate person-centered treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client, ensuring that their mental health goals are clearly defined and achievable.
• Diligently maintain up-to-date client documentation and progress notes, complying with best practice standards and legal requirements.
• Perform intake assessments to gauge potential clients' needs and suitability for our services, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and concerns.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our outpatient clinic offers an inclusive environment that caters to individuals from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent care tailored to their unique circumstances. Your role will involve employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients towards a path of healing and stability.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Experience with utilizing computerized systems and software, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is preferred for efficient documentation and communication.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and psychotropic resources can enhance client treatment strategies.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model guarantees competitive rates that are paid in advance of collections, allowing you to focus on client care rather than financial stress.
