Empowered Essence Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. This position is fully remote, leveraging state-of-the-art telehealth technology to connect with clients across various locations. Our practice fosters a collaborative atmosphere by partnering with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, sharing leadership, values, and office resources. • Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, assess stability, and plan for any necessary discharge processes.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance and effective communication.
• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to identify presenting issues and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to organizational protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Champion a growth mindset, embracing continuous learning and adaptation in therapeutic practices.

Our practice focuses on a diverse client base, including adults facing various mental health challenges, children navigating developmental issues, and families seeking improved communication and coping strategies. By providing personalized, empathetic care, your role as an LPC will be essential in making a real difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with unrestricted practices.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
• Proficiency in using technology, including software for documentation and scheduling, such as RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and developing initial therapeutic plans.

• Experience with telehealth modalities and remote counseling best practices is highly beneficial.
• Background in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy will be considered an asset.

Our organization offers a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates and allowing for prompt payment ahead of collections. Additional bonus opportunities are available to reward exceptional performance.
