  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, assess stability, and plan for any necessary discharge processes.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance and effective communication.
  • Administer comprehensive intake assessments to identify presenting issues and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to organizational protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus
