• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, history, and strengths.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Continuously monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs and enhance efficacy.
• Engage in regular consultation with clients about their financial and emotional commitments related to therapy.
• Promote self-reflection and adaptive coping strategies, empowering clients to build resilience and improve their overall mental health.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, utilizing our state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) system.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. Your ability to provide culturally congruent treatment will be key in fostering trust and facilitating meaningful connections with clients. • A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia or the ability to obtain licensure.
