• Manage a varied caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss progress, ensure stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the client's needs and goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with clinical standards and facilitate effective care coordination.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and develop initial treatment strategies.
• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique challenges and objectives of each client, adjusting methodologies as necessary.
• Participate in clinical supervision sessions to enhance personal and professional growth, obtaining guidance and insights from experienced colleagues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing therapy and counseling services.
• Proficiency in utilizing computers and telehealth platforms, including experience with software like Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in a remote or telehealth environment.
• Comfort with conducting thorough intake assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on client needs and preferences.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, recognizing the essential work our clinicians provide. Our compensation model is fee-for-service, allowing for guaranteed rates that ensure prompt payment ahead of collections and no delays in reimbursement.
