This is a fully remote position that allows therapists to operate in a flexible work setting. You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while working with clients from various backgrounds. • Perform comprehensive intake assessments for clients to establish treatment plans and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to deliver effective therapy sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Provide supportive communication and therapeutic strategies to clients, ensuring a positive and impactful therapeutic experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including school professionals when applicable, to address comprehensive client needs.

The client population served by our therapists is varied, including both adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our innovative approach to therapy emphasizes understanding each client's unique background, allowing for a tailored experience that fosters healing and growth. With services funded by schools, therapists can focus more on providing therapeutic support rather than dealing with insurance-related tasks.

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted mental health professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) for unsupervised practice in Georgia.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in providing psychotherapy to adults or adolescents.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Proficient in diagnostic assessment and treatment planning, with excellent written communication skills for precise documentation.
• A clean professional record with no current or past disciplinary actions with any licensing boards.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly serving adolescents and families.
• Training in additional therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, DBT, play therapy) is a plus.
• Familiarity with teletherapy and technology platforms to conduct virtual sessions effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, a flexible work schedule allowing both part-time and full-time hours, and eligibility for a health insurance stipend.
