The Job: Senior Manager, Enterprise Intake Discovery
What You'll Do
Orchestrate enterprise intakeย &ย discoveryย activities that enable strategic initiatives to beย conceptualized,ย effectively prioritized, shaped, and positioned for successful execution across the organization, in partnership with product and business stakeholders.ย
- Own andย operateย the enterprise intake process, serving as the single point of entry for allย demand across the organization.ย
- Partner cross-functionally with business, technology, operations,ย PMOย and enterprise stakeholdersย to ensure demand is surfaced early and shaped effectively
- Maintain and continuously improve intake mechanisms, including submission frameworks, intake criteria, and service-level standards.ย
- Produce high-quality discovery artifacts including problem briefs, current-state assessments, opportunity definitions,ย customerย journeys, serviceย blueprints, and preliminary scope outlines
- Leverage AI, automation, and workflow optimization tools to improve planning and reporting processesย
- Identify and escalate systemic demand patterns, capability gaps, or recurring problem themes to inform strategic planning.ย
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, enterprise delivery, consulting, PMO, business operations, or related rolesย ย
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and enterprise programs in fast-paced environmentsย ย
- Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, lending, or other highly regulated industriesย ย
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and execution management capabilitiesย ย
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and operationalize strategic prioritiesย ย
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skillsย ย
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, intake and discovery, portfolio management, or strategic planning functionsย ย
- Experience working across business and technology teams to shape and prioritize initiativesย ย
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms, or operational optimization technologiesย ย
- Experience working within Agileย delivery environmentsย ย
- Consulting or enterprise transformation office experience considered an asset
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, or change management certifications considered an asset

Education + Experience

Please note: The salary range for this position is between C$125,000 to C$ 140,000.
