• Manage a varied caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries with each client.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address concerns, and discuss next steps in treatment, including potential discharges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet unique client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ histories and current symptoms.
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities appropriate to each client's needs.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive support from fellow professionals.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Comfortable utilizing various software tools, including Excel, RMS systems, and clinical documentation platforms such as Pimsy.
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Prior experience in a telehealth or remote counseling environment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Ability to effectively engage adolescents and their families.
