Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our telehealth facility empowers counselors by providing the necessary tools to create meaningful therapeutic relationships and deliver effective interventions. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships that respect professional boundaries and ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess progress and development, including reviewing client stability and scheduling follow-up or discharge plans as necessary.
  • Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform detailed intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs and history.
  • Execute weekly individual therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision to promote professional development and peer support.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
