• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing a trusting rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Create, implement, and continually monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on client-centric goals.
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and establish appropriate therapeutic connections.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches based on each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance skills and reflect on clinical practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Attractive annual salary range of USD 75,000 - 95,000, with compensation structured around a fee-for-service model.
