• Maintain an active caseload consisting of clients seeking therapeutic services, establishing strong therapeutic alliances and adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, ensuring they receive appropriate support, and determining readiness for discharge if applicable.
• Design and implement client-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions to fit individual needs and monitoring progress consistently.
• Update and maintain accurate documentation and progress notes utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, gathering relevant information to inform treatment planning.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for the client's needs.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional development and utilize feedback to enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and psychiatrists, to provide holistic treatment approaches for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset by participating in ongoing training and embracing new therapeutic practices.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Proficiency in using computing tools and systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and Pimsy, is necessary for effective documentation and communication.

• Demonstrable experience delivering direct psychotherapy services, ideally in diverse settings with varying client needs.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans is advantageous.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure is based on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates that enable you to receive payment upfront, minimizing delays in reimbursement.
