Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active caseload consisting of clients seeking therapeutic services, establishing strong therapeutic alliances and adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, ensuring they receive appropriate support, and determining readiness for discharge if applicable.
  • Design and implement client-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions to fit individual needs and monitoring progress consistently.
  • Update and maintain accurate documentation and progress notes utilizing electronic health record systems.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments, gathering relevant information to inform treatment planning.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for the client's needs.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional development and utilize feedback to enhance clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and psychiatrists, to provide holistic treatment approaches for clients.

Compensation and Benefits
