Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trust while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and future appointments, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
  • Accurately maintain documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to all legal and organizational standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and tailor appropriate services.
  • Engage in weekly individual counseling sessions that provide therapeutic interventions and support.
  • Seek out and participate in individual supervision to continuously improve clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create an integrated care plan for clients.
  • Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of your work to enhance personal and professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey is essential.
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is preferred.
  • Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated competence in telehealth practices is a plus, given the remote nature of our services.

Compensation and Benefits

Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model provides guaranteed rates, allowing payment in advance of collections. Additional benefits include bonus opportunities, W2 employment with a focus on achieving a healthy work-life balance, and access to medical, vision, and dental insurance with supplemental options. We also provide a 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, malpractice insurance, and participation in our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
