Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients to address emotional and mental health concerns, utilizing video chat for a personalized experience.
• Assist clients in articulating their feelings and discussing their experiences to foster self-awareness and emotional growth.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques to assess client situations, utilizing observations and discussions to discern underlying issues.
• Help clients set realistic goals and create actionable plans to achieve their desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity clients seeking support for a range of emotional and mental health issues. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of valid, independent state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong judgment skills to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on the hours worked.
