As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, engaging them in positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharge as appropriate.
• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Document and maintain accurate progress notes and treatment records for each client in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Perform detailed intake assessments to assess clients' mental health needs and establish initial treatment recommendations.
• Conduct regular individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in professional development through individual supervision and peer collaboration.
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals, fostering a team-oriented approach to care delivery that prioritizes client-centered outcomes.
• Maintain a growth mindset, actively pursuing opportunities for skill enhancement and innovation in your practice.

Your practice will focus on a wide range of patients, including diverse adults and children facing various mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to heal and grow, taking into consideration their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field.
• A current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Excel, RMS software, Outlook, and Pimsy.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse individuals and families.
• Comfort and competency in conducting comprehensive intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on assessment findings.
