• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans to guide their therapeutic journey.
• Deliver therapeutic services using secure online platforms, adapting evidence-based methodologies to meet unique client goals and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing motivation and support throughout their treatment process.
• Employ diverse therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy, to effectively address the varying mental health concerns of clients.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and promptly, ensuring that client progress and treatment adjustments are meticulously recorded for continuity of care.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a safe and welcoming space for clients, allowing them to explore their mental health challenges and work towards meaningful change in their lives.

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish rapport and trust with clients in a remote setting.
• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and patient-centered focus towards clients' challenges and experiences is critical for success in this role.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance client sessions and maintain comprehensive documentation are a must.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, providing an understanding of the nuances and best practices associated with remote therapy.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and manage scheduling is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current therapeutic modalities, ensuring adaptability in treatment strategies.

• Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
