As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Vatica Counseling Center, you will have a dynamic role with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and diagnoses.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying personalized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from patients.
• Providing therapeutic modalities that include individual, family, and group therapy to address a spectrum of mental health concerns.
• Identifying crisis situations and facilitating access to appropriate resources or referrals to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams comprising healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizations to enhance the continuum of care.
• Educating clients and their families on treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to them.
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, including adherence to HIPAA standards, while ensuring high-quality care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings to confer on treatment plans and patient progress.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution, with degree verification.
• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and referral services available to clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
