Resnick & Louis, P.C. is a renown national defense firm looking to expand our existing roster of highly skilled partner level lawyers to meet the demands of our corporate partners and client base. We work with over 100 domestic and foreign insurance companies, managing general agents, and dozens of regional and national self-insured corporations.


We are providing signing bonuses up to $25,000 depending on your experience, skills, and responsibilities. You will receive 50% of the sign on bonus after 30 days and the other 50% on your 12-month full-time work anniversary. Signing bonuses range from $15K to 25K depending on level of experience with priority given to attorneys that have significant insurance defense and trial experience.


This is a great opportunity to take your practice and career to the next level. We have an excellent marketing / business development department and can provide you with assistance to elevate your career. We also give skilled lawyers independence to communicate with clients and develop your cases. You have access to upper management and will be a part of a responsive, high achieving team. We have trial level lawyers to assist but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the necessary skills. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.


The ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment.


Qualifications and Compensation:

Minimum 8 years of insurance defense experience, with at least 3 years in Arizona. Salaries and total compensation packages discussed during interviews.
