  • Analyze callers’ questions and provide knowledge based resolutions
  • Ability to work in an above average paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong notating skills are pivotal

We are looking for:

  • Positive, team-first mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Taking ownership of work
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
