We are a growing orthodontic office looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for verifying

Orthodontic insurance benefits for our 5 locations, obtaining accurate patient coverage information.


Chandler AZ= Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Entry level: around $19 per hour

Experience level: $20-21 per hour


Responsibilities

  • Verify orthodontic insurance benefits before patient appointments
  • Contact insurance companies regarding eligibility, frequencies, waiting periods, and lifetime maximums
  • Using online portal to obtain insurance benefits
  • Document benefit information accurately in patient charts/software
  • Communicate insurance benefits to Treatment Coordinators
  • Work closely with treatment coordinators and front office staff
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous orthodontic insurance verification experience
  • Knowledge of PPO insurance plans, claims, and benefits
