Job Summary
The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it as our Senior Technology Product Manager, Insurance Software. In this role, you will serve as a senior technology product manager supporting our Insurance Policy Administration System, BriteCore. You will partner closely with insurance agents and crossfunctional internal teams to drive growth, operational efficiency, and technical differentiation. This role plays a critical part in launching new home insurance products across multiple states while ensuring scalability, compliance, and strong customer outcomes.

What You Will Do As A Senior Technology Product Manager, Insurance Software

  • Create and execute product strategies and plans aligned to business goals, driving growth and operational efficiency
  • Own and deliver a policy administration system configuration roadmap that supports new product launches across multiple states
  • Partner with senior leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and ensure executive alignment
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, business, and carrier product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Lead product implementation efforts, acting as the clear owner for delivery, launch planning, risk management, and communications
  • Use data, firstparty research, and market insights to inform prioritization, product decisions, and performance improvements
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success, reliability, and scalability

What You Will Bring As A Senior Technology Product Manager, Insurance Software

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferable in Property and Causality Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of policy administration systems and the P&C insurance industry
  • Extensive experience managing complex technology products and ecosystems from concept through launch
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across crossfunctional teams
  • Experience using customercentric and prioritization frameworks to drive product decisions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions

Pay Range*: $168,800 - $202,500 annually

Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.

Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
