Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, databases, and web technologies.
  2. Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, scalable code while performing unit testing, accessibility testing, and defect resolution.
  3. Participate in code reviews, Agile development activities, estimation, and continuous integration to ensure software quality and delivery.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in Java-based full-stack application development with expertise in enterprise software development, database technologies, web applications, and Agile software delivery.
