About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us on a contract basis and own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering and Product organizations. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role: you'll be closing technical and product talent across our tech org, partnering directly with hiring managers to support our hiring plan.

You'll need to move fast, operate independently, and bring a strong point of view on sourcing and closing technical talent — while still being a great partner to candidates and hiring managers alike.
What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor — defining role requirements, building sourcing strategy, and aligning on hiring priorities and timelines
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive technical and product talent through proactive sourcing and outbound outreach
  • Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor, managing multiple concurrent searches without dropping quality
  • Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to inform decisions, report on progress, and continuously improve process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams to support Sidecar Health's hiring plan

This is a contract position based on hiring needs. As a contract role, it is not eligible for Sidecar Health's standard full-time benefits.
