 Join a Sales Team Focused on Selling
Usery Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing Allstate agency. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced insurance salesperson who enjoys building relationships, educating customers, and helping families protect what matters most.
This position is dedicated to sales only. We have a separate service team that handles policy servicing, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling insurance and growing your income.
What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs.
  • Quote and sell personal lines insurance products.
  • Educate customers on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
  • Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates.
What We're Looking For

  • Active GA Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Candidates outside Georgia must obtain a Georgia Non-Resident License before beginning employment.
  • Life & Health License is a plus but not required.
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
  • Previous working remotely experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Organized with excellent follow-up skills.
Compensation:  Starting with a $45,000 base salary, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses. As your production grows, your base salary can increase through our tiered compensation program—offering significant long-term earning potential.
